This course, blending theory with hands-on practice, enables participants to grasp and master the process of milk processing into cheese using a simple yet effective approach. Attendees will have the unique opportunity to craft stretched-curd cheeses, caciottas, and soft cheeses with their own hands. Practical sessions will be spaced out by theoretical segments.
Number of participants: The number of participants is limited to 20. In case of higher number of applications, participants will be selected based on venue capacity.
